Situated within the peaceful grounds of Coogee, The Eileen O’Connor Centre stands alongside the original residence, lovingly known as Our Lady’s Home.

The property is a sacred and historically significant site that includes the original residence of Eileen O’Connor, a beautifully preserved chapel, and the private living quarters of the Sisters.

As this is both a place of pilgrimage and an active religious community, we kindly ask all visitors to arrange their visit in advance. Your cooperation ensures that this treasured space remains both welcoming and respectfully preserved for prayer, reflection and spiritual connection.

VISITING THE EILEEN OCONNOR CENTRE

The Eileen O’Connor Centre is open
Tuesday and Thursdays
from 9.30am - 2.00pm
An appointment is needed to confirm your visit.

VISITING OUR LADY’S HOME

Visitors to Our Lady’s Home are welcome 9.30 am to 12 noon and 1pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday only. We kindly ask you to phone ahead. Our Lady’s Home is closed weekends.

TRAVELLING TO OUR LADY’S HOME

  • Get off at the last stop (Randwick). Catch the 375 Bus from 141 Belmore Road. Get off just before the corner of Oberon and Mount Streets, turn left and walk along Mount St (heading north), turn right into Dudley St and walk to 35 Dudley Street. You can also catch the 373 Bus.

  • Catch the 373 Bus from Elizabeth St (Museum Station). Get off at the corner of Carr and Mount Street, walk up Mount St (heading south), turn left into Dudley Street and walk to 35 Dudley Street.

  • Catch the train to Bondi Junction. Walk to the bus depot and catch the 313 Bus. Get off at the corner of Carr and Mount Streets, walk up Mount St (heading south), turn left into Dudley Street and walk to 35 Dudley Street. Alternatively, catch the 350 Bus. Get off at Carr Street (after Coogee Beach stop) and walk up Carr Street to Brook St, turn left, walk to Dudley Street, turn right and walk uphill to 35 Dudley Street.
