Our Lady's Nurses for the Poor are a gentle and loving presence in the local government areas of Sydney and Randwick, at Minto in the Macarthur region, at Merewether in Newcastle and New Farm in Brisbane.

"As Our Lady's Nurses for the Poor we give expression to God's unconditional and liberating love in all that we do".

The complementary skills and gifts of the Sisters are generously extended to the sick poor of a society that is steeped in brokenness and pain. This ministry is exercised by:

- Healing through Caring

home nursing, visiting, hospitality, advocacy for services, being a comforting presence

- Healing through Friendship

supporting families and others in broken relationships and struggles, in bereavement, failures and disappointments

- Healing through Advocacy

standing with those unable to oppose unjust structures and systems

- Healing through Listening

responding to the needs of the poor who require specific skills and diversity of expression
